The Dime gets an A+ for atmosphere and quality of food. Unfortunately, it all fell apart with the service. My husband and I were seated promptly and received coffee and water right away; however, no one returned to take our order, despite the restaurant not being busy. We waited about 20-25 minutes before someone came over to ask if we had ordered food. We also had to request refills of coffee and water. Right after our order was taken, we were joined by 5 family members at our table, seated by staff. They were not given menus, and my cousin eventually had to get up and get them himself. While refilling my coffee, the staff member had an issue with the carafe and continued to pour coffee, despite the fact that it was leaking, resulting in a puddle of coffee on the table, floor, my leg, and my purse. We had to suggest that he stop pouring. One person in our group never received a meal. He waited about 10 minutes before flagging someone down and then had to wait even longer while they made it. With better service and attention to detail, this could be an excellent dining experience. Unfortunately, the inattentiveness overshadowed everything else.

The Dime makes a cool place for a date or if you would like some quality conversation with great food and city views in welcoming style. The only thing tainting the atmosphere is the out-of-place televisions featuring sports at the bar. I took my girlfriend and her mother there for Sunday brunch and we had a wonderful time. The mimosas and Aperol spritz's were perfect and the breakfast really kicked off the day well. The sausage was really fantastic and they were generous with the lemon and ricotta pancakes. Although the potatoes were tasty, it looked as if they had been dumped right out of a freezer bag. And we are most grateful for Shaq and for taking care of us and for making the day even more special with his kindness. My girlfriend and I cannot wait to head back for a dinner.

Service was excellent. Food was above average. Drinks delicious. Atmosphere is lovely, but was super weird being the only people there for brunch at 11:45am on Sunday and when we left around 1pm still no other patrons. Why is that? This place could be a hot spot for brunch.

Very avant garde design and styling, which isn't my thing but if you like that you'll love this place. The charred cabbage with herb ricotta appetizer was one of the best bites I've had in a long time. The meatball small plate is a full meal...don't let "small plate" fool you. The people were kind enough, they just seemed to be out of synch as a service team

Went for a new years eve party it was fun. The moment you walk in someone is at the front desk to direct you. Place is beautiful has a huge lobby and it has tons of artwork. Lots of space and floors. Bar was good and had a few servers. Prices were decent and nice view of the outdoors.
